Manage travel expense reports and ensure accuracy in expense claims.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Maintain and update travel and expense records in our internal systems.
Assist with any additional tasks or projects assigned by the team.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Travel & Tourism.
Prior experience as a front desk executive or in the travel booking industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
