Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, ensure timely collections, and maintain reporting standards. The Sales Manager will play a key role in achieving company sales targets, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
3. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure performance and productivity.
4. Monitor sales operations, including generating leads, closing deals, and meeting revenue goals.
5. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
7. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director and HOD.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
9. Conduct periodic team reviews and provide training and mentorship to team members.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Master/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 25 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or related industries.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
7. Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Experience working with reputed clients in the automobile, transport, or AdBlue industries.
