Fulcrum Digital - Technical Program Manager - Application Infrastructure (8-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager (Infra) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements, adhere to best practices, and drive innovation.

You will lead complex initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Technical Program Management :

- Lead the technical program management of application infrastructure solutions across the entire lifecycle, from inception to deployment and ongoing support.

- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.

- Track project progress, report on key metrics, and communicate status updates to stakeholders effectively.

Solution Delivery :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, architecture, etc.) to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable infrastructure solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and vendors to meet business needs.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solution stability and performance.

Vendor Management :

- Lead the evaluation and selection of vendors for infrastructure products and services.

- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.

- Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve infrastructure processes and efficiency.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong understanding of networking principles (e., TCP/IP, routing, switching).

- In-depth knowledge of operating systems (e., Linux, Windows).

- Familiarity with web middleware technologies (e., application servers, load balancers, databases).

- Experience with one or more core functions related to web infrastructure design and/or implementation (e., cloud computing, virtualization, security)
