Job Description
- Power Platform Administration and Development: Manage and maintain Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- This includes user management, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions as needed
- SharePoint Online (SPO) Administration and Support: Manage and support your SharePoint Online environment, including site creation, user permissions, and content management
- Troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues and provide support to end users
- I ncident Management: Follow established incident management procedures to manage and resolve IT incidents related to Power Platform, SPO, and other assigned applications
- Prioritize and escalate incidents as needed
- Support Desk Responsibilities: It provides first and second level support to end users, resolves technical issues, and provides guidance on using Power Platform and SPO
- Experience with Application Platform Exchange (or similar application lifecycle management tool) is highly desirable for efficient management and deployment of applications
- Preferred candidate profile Any post graduate /graduate with Computer Science Knowledge of Japanese language is plus point
