Role & responsibilities

• Monitoring and alert response/corrective action Narrow down cause of issue based on system understanding (issued module identification) Work around execution (ex: Issued node or module restart) Triage incoming tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and help define improvements.
• Service Request fulfillment.
• Request or escalate to Lv3 for prioritized production bug remediation for hotfix patches or planned maintenance releases.
• Provide support for production incidents.
• With regard of K1/PK1 issue, should be acknowledged even for 24/7 hours.
• Apply hotfix patches or planned maintenance releases to production environment.
• Root cause analysis in code and system architecture Triage incoming tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Service Request fulfillment.
• Make TSG after resolving incidents.
• Tech Skills : C Sharp, Web APL, Service Fabric, Web Apps, Azure Storage, Azure IoT, Cosmos DB, Kusto, Azure Functions & SQL, Azure DevOps
