Job Description

• Engagement with HDFC Bank Branch stakeholders PL/BL/GL colleagues
• For B3 engaging with HDB channel partner and stakeholders.
• Driving SM team for business
• Coordination with all stakeholders of bank / NBFC Business & TPP
• Monitoring team performance and driving team to achieve targets in a

professional way

• Focus on profitability / Engagement / Liaison with Bank stakeholders
• Maintaining engagement targets with bank branch officials
• Role include travelling and developing relationship in particular territory
• Ensuring motivation of team and guiding them to achieve organizational

goals
