Bancassurance Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches.
• Drive sales of life insurance products through effective lead generation and conversion.
• Provide training and guidance to bank staff about insurance products.
• Achieve individual and branch-level sales targets.
• Conduct regular review meetings with bank staff to ensure business alignment.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Knowledge of life insurance banca channel.

Qualifications:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in life insurance banca channel is preferred.
• Age not more than 35 years
• Localites preferred
• No frequent job change
• Relieving and payslips are must in all organizations where they have worked before.
