System Design Engineer

Job Title: System Design Engineer

Job Location: THANE

Responsibilities:

• System engineering for Port & material handling equipments knowing machine philosophy.
• Preparation of engineering documentation, SLD, three-line diagram.
• EPLAN exp is must.
• Exp in PLC/Drive commissioning.
• Making BOM and specification of HT Panel, Load break Switch, Dry type transformer, E-Room, Fire detection and suppression system, pull cord switch, belt sway switch, zero speed switch, Chute jamming switches, TILT TYPE LEVEL SWITCH, various end limit switches, luffing and slewing limit switches, anemometer, inclinometer and various such instruments in port & BMH machine applications
• Preparing operation philosophy of hydraulic powerpacks which are in scope of suppliers, the engineering actuation and power schematic so on.
• Preparation of Power and control cable scheduling, cable routing, BOM of the required material along with cable treys, lugs, sleeves so on.
• Interacting with customer and end user for the drawing approvals & system engineering.
• Official should be having site erection knowledge of various electrical part and mounting locations of the various instruments on the crane, which will be needed during site erection work.
• The engineering person will supervise the erection activity at site and supervise the commissioning activity along with commissioning engineers site handover, preparing as commissioned documents and handing over to service team

Desired Educational Qualification:

B.E/B. Tech in Electrical.
