Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Identity Consultant to join our growing Cyber Security

Practice. You will play a pivotal role in influencing and inspiring our clients identity transformation programmes , guiding them through the complexities of modern identity and access management.

W e are looking for well-rounded professionals with experience across a range of technologies and overall security service desig n. You excel at balanc ing business needs and user experience with security and compliance requirements , ensuring services are both effective and well-adopted. Applying friction in the right places .

In this role, you will work with both Microsoft and other leading vendor solutions, training and certifying with our partners on modern identity technologies . Your ability to solve complex identity challenges, reduce cyber risk , and integrate legacy workloads into modern identity architectures will be crucial to our clients success and the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities

Assess and Improve Identity Systems: Conduct in-depth assessments of clients existing identity and access management systems, identifying weaknesses and areas for enhancement. Provide expert recommendations and also deliver on them to improve security, performance, and user experience.

Deploy and Integrate Technologies: Lead the deployment and integration of IAM technologies, including Microsoft and other leading solutions. Ensure seamless interoperability between new and legacy systems, creating identity services that work across hybrid environments efficiently and effectively .

Develop Secure Architectures and Services : Design and implement secure identity architectures for hybrid-cloud and cloud-first environments. Define architectural principles, standards, and roadmaps that align with business objectives , security and compliance requirements.

Technical Consultancy: Provide expert technical consultancy to clients, helping them manage complex identity challenges. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring security measures are robust yet user-friendly.

Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with our technology partners, training and certifying on their solutions. Leverage these partnerships to deliver cutting-edge identity services to clients.

Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship: Share your expertise with team members, clients, and colleagues across FSP to develop our collective skills and expertise in identity and other topics. Foster a culture of learning , engineering excellence and continuous improvement. Mentor junior consultants, helping them develop their technical skills.

About you

Technical Expert in Identity Management: Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing identity solutions, particularly with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra and hybrid environments. You are skilled at making complex engineering challenges look simple.

Deep Understanding of IAM Technologies: Proficient with a range of IAM solutions and technologies, both Microsoft and others. Able to integrate and optimise these technologies within diverse environments.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. You enjoy tackling challenging problems and delivering effective solutions.

Security Service Design: Expertise in overall security service design, balancing security requirements with business needs and user experience. You know where to apply friction to maximise security without compromising usability.

Excellent Communicator: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
