Job Description
Create interactive and visually stunning graphics that effectively communicate complex ideas and narratives.
Translate text-heavy content into clear, concise, and engaging visual representations, including infographics, diagrams, and illustrations.
Develop cohesive and compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences.
User-Centred Design:
Leverage user research insights to inform design decisions and enhance storytelling effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to understand user and client needs and deliver impactful designs.
Ensure designs align with usability best practices and accessibility standards.
UI Design:
Contribute to the design and development of user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Create prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma or similar tools to showcase design concepts.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Presentation Design:
Design engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations that communicate key messages effectively.
Enhance storytelling through visual elements such as illustrations, charts, vectors, and icons.
Collaboration Feedback:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and innovative solutions.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
About you
2-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, storytelling, and UI design.
Possess a strong understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into design solutions.
Creative and versatile, possessing strong conceptualisation skills.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and other design tools.
Expertise in design principles such as: Grid systems, hierarchy, balance, layout, typography, typesetting, colour theory.
Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards in design.
