We are seeking a Front Desk Executive for our PIS Sara City location in Chakan, Pimpri-Chinchwad

This is a full-time, fixed-term position suitable for freshers with up to 3 years of experience

The role requires exceptional customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth front desk operations.

PURPOSE OF JOB

To serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately

Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival

Maintains security and telecommunications system

Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

Skills

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g

EPABX and printers).

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
