Sales Support - PW

Requirements:

• As a sales support, will answer to customer queries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments at Skills and Solution Centre. Scheduling customer meetings and conferences etc.
• Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regular follow ups with sales team and check on order bookings status.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Customer Order processing function for order processing.
• Maintain an organized and presentation and system for administrative and sales professionals.
• Compiling of various sales data and providing inputs and support the sales department.
• Supporting in sales initiatives and events organised at regions, managing tracker and compiling reports.
• Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, payment follow-ups.
• Handling administrative duties for the company.
• To maintain and upkeep the solutions and skill centre and maintain the decorum and ambience at all the time. To monitor visitor movements keeping close coordination with the host.
• Reporting any daily activity to your supervisors.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and practices.
• Taking and managing the loan warehouse.
• Support the team in terms of CAPEX movements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Any Graduate with minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Understanding of efficient customer support and sales marketing initiatives
• Hands on experience with ERP system.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word Presentations
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking Teamwork collaboration.
