Sales Support Coordinator

1. Sales Coordination & Support:

• Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing.
• Coordinate with clients for inquiries, pricing, and order confirmations.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders.

2. Order & Documentation Management:

• Handle customer purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare sales contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Communicate with customers for order status, dispatch details, and payments.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in coordination with the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams:

• Liaise with production, logistics, and regulatory teams for smooth order execution.
• Ensure stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Assist in demand forecasting based on customer needs and sales trends.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of API industry regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of ERP/CRM systems for order processing.
