Job Description
Any degree, Plus Diploma will be an added advantage
- Thorough knowledge of dispatch activities in manufacturing and export shipments.
- Manage scheduling coordination and dispatches as per planning.
- Ensuring dispatchers are completing their daily tasks.
- Effective selection, negotiation, and preparing contractual terms with freight forwarders.
- Ensuring the packing and loading is done properly with no damage to the goods.
- Preparing accurate packing lists for for pump assembly using SAP system.
- Record material receipt entries in SAP to track inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of material in and out of the assembly line.
- Prepare and submit daily MIS report detailing the quantity of pumps assembled and tested OK.
- Track assembly performance against daily targets and highlight any discrepancies.
- Day-to-day reporting to manufacturing manager and assist in overseeing material flow within the assembly area.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
