Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Intern to support our growth marketing efforts and help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about learning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies in a dynamic environment. You will assist the team in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing efforts across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage AI tools to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, SEO, SEM and content marketing

- Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools like Hubspot CRM, Google Analytics, and others.

- Help with A/B testing creative, copy, and landing pages to optimize for conversion rates using AI tools

- Contribute to content creation, including blogs, emails, and social media posts, to engage target audiences.

- Provide administrative support for marketing operations, including managing calendars, campaign deadlines, and budget tracking.

Requirements :

- Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc.

- Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with social media marketing, email marketing, or digital ads is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

- Good communication and copywriting skills.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
