Freshtohome Foods - Manager - Planning & Replenishment (5-12 yrs)

Demand Planning:

- Reviewing data to forecast inventory levels based on historical sales patterns and current market conditions

Procurement Planning:

- Managing inventory levels based on the historical and current offers by sending demand forecast to respective stakeholders

Replenishment:

- Ensuring Stock replenishment as per plan at all the touch points including hubs, stores and other platforms at India and overseas business.

- Ensuring availability of products by regularly with Buyers, warehouses, Factory & Stores team.

Development:

- Reinventing the existing model as per changing needs

- Technical team closely to fine tune forecasting models regularly

- Managing the team to ensure the business goals are aligned and met.

Skills required:

- MS Excel Advanced,

- Inventory Management,

- Excellent co-ordination at all levels of hierarchy,

- Prediction & forecasting experience
