Cognizant Hiring Freshers - Gurugram (WFO)

Location: Gurugram (Work from office) 5 days

Shift Timing: 1:30pm to 11:30 pm

Days off: Typically, 2 consecutive days in a week.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Obtain consumer / provider information by listening to telephone calls/ text & messages
• Determine eligibility by comparing consumer / provider information to requirements
• Adhere to policies by entering client information, confirming pricing
• Meet the required target and quality metrics.
• Work effectively with other teams
