Hr Officer/Executive - Male Candidate Preferred

Role & responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, and labour control processes for male employees.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance using biometric systems.
• Provide HR assistance to resolve queries related to time office operations.
• Ensure timely maintenance of attendance registers and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1- 2 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in attendance management, biometrics, and leave management.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations governing industrial relations.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
