Role Overview:
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to our India operation encompassing the entire gamut of HR which includes Employee Management, HR operations, Performance Management , Employee relations, payroll and required compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Help in the Implementation of the HR plan for India, agreeing it with senior HRBP and Head of HR and senior business leaders.
2. Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
3. Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
4. Conducting Performance evaluations and implementation /execution of the performance Management as per process .
5. Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
6. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
7. Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
8. Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every employee receive a positive experience throughout their life cycle with Freespace.
9. Ensure all employees are fully engaged with Freespace and help to foster a team culture through engagement activities.
10. Help in co-ordinating the employee engagement activities as per the Event calendar .
11. Drive and Implement performance management process that drives strong performance.
12. Lead on employee relations cases, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and positive way.
13. Manage and Maintain the HR budged for India.
14. Undertake regular reporting on key data, analysing trends and using this to make informed business decisions.
15. Ensure payroll is fully compliant and employee pay is accurate and on time.
16. Ensure policies are aligned and implemented with Freespace goals and that they are appropriate for India that they are legally compliance.
17. Contribute to the Global HR agenda, working on projects and initiatives that deliver value for Freespace.

Required skills experience:
Bachelor s/Master degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 4-5 years of experience in HR functions.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, Payroll Compliance and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in HR Operations and employee relations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
