- Maintain good relationship with customers and external stakeholder
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in Microfinance (MFI)- Group Loan
✔ Strong leadership & team management skills
✔ Experience in loan processing, credit assessment & collections
✔ Ability to drive business growth while managing operational risks
