Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in (B2B sales), preferably in the franchise industry or any other.

• Industry Knowledge: Basic or Good understanding of franchise industry.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
• Target-Oriented: Motivated by achieving sales targets and goals.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Responsible for sourcing and closing new Clients.
• Responsible for handling and training the team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
•  Expand existing client relationships and up-sell/cross-sell services.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, meetings to pitch solutions to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress towards goals.
