Job Description

 Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of employers to understand their hiring needs and identify potential job opportunities for our candidates.
- Work closely with our training team to identify the skills and strengths of each candidate and match them with suitable job openings.
- Coordinate all aspects of the placement process, including resume submission, interview scheduling, and job offer negotiation.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search and interview process, helping them prepare for interviews and assisting with any challenges they may face.
- Monitor and track the performance and satisfaction of placed candidates in their new roles, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with other team members to continually improve our placement process, including gathering feedback from candidates and employers, and implementing changes as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- A passion for helping others succeed in their careers and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the placement industry.
 


Roles and Responsibilities

 Strategic Planning: A Placement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to guide the placement activities within the organization. This involves understanding the current job market, identifying potential placement opportunities, and developing strategies to match qualified candidates with suitable job openings.

2. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates is an essential aspect of the Placement Manager's role. This includes engaging with potential employers to understand their hiring needs and working closely with candidates to assess their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.

3. Recruitment and Selection: The Placement Manager is responsible for managing the entire recruitment and selection process. This involves sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.

4. Candidate Support: Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout the job search process is a critical responsibility. This involves offering career advice, resume writing assistance, interview preparation, and ongoing support to ensure a successful placement.

5. Compliance and Documentation: Adhering to all legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and placement is essential. The Placement Manager is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and employment offers, is completed accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

6. Performance Management: Once a candidate is placed, the Placement Manager is responsible for monitoring their performance and ensuring that both the candidate and the employer are satisfied with the placement. This may involve conducting performance reviews, addressing any issues that arise, and providing ongoing support to ensure long-term success.

7. Reporting and Analysis: The Placement Manager is responsible for tracking placement metrics and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of placement strategies. This information is used to make informed decisions and improvements in the placement process.

8. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improving the placement process and staying updated on industry trends and best practices is essential. The Placement Manager should actively seek out new opportunities, technologies, and strategies to enhance the overall placement process.
