Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Assess market potential, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies while adapting business models to suit regional needs.
Local Market Presence:
- Facilitate the establishment of local presence through partnerships, subsidiaries, or offices in targeted markets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Industry Representation:
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and attract new opportunities.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition metrics.
Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in international sales or business development roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in international markets.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
