Job Description:
Role: Client Relationship Manager.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of client-facing experience with a strong interest in client interaction and business development.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain consistent communication with a diverse client base through various channels (email, phone, and in-person meetings) to foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
- Support through various phases of the pitch/RFI/RFP/RFQ process, including coordinating with teams across the firm and helping with drafting, follow-ups and post-RFP debrief and feedback sessions.
- Work with wider team to help prepare partners and other client-facing teams for pitch presentations and other client presentations.
- Track in-person client interaction opportunities and plan and organize for the same to foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, enabling business teams to develop and sustain regular engagement.
- Track and maintain live opportunities in our CRM system.
- Maintain existing and potential client's database with high accuracy level.
- Identify and implement external profile-raising opportunities.
- Maintain memberships and subscriptions database and track renewals.
Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement strategic business plans, and collaborate with other Fragomen offices to maximize business potential.
- Carry out market research and track industry, client and competitor news and information.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for EB5/investor visas/golden visas in the India market.
Client Interfacing and Solution Development:
- Interact with clients to understand their evolving needs and requirements, conduct research and leverage expertise from practice teams to provide tailored solutions, and develop customized documents (including proposals and strategy documents) to support the sales process.
Work with colleagues across the region to identify and promote opportunities for collaboration and continuous improvement.
Event Management and Coordination:
- Identify relevant industry conferences and events to enhance brand visibility, and plan and coordinate Fragomen's participation in these events to generate leads and build relationships.
- The selected candidate will be required to attend training and process orientation in Kochi for the first three months.
- Although the position is based in Bangalore, the candidate must be flexible and willing to travel as needed.
