System Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage Basic network and Desktop infrastructure, including antivirus, firewall, anti-spam/spyware, and backups, as well as manage IT software and applications

2. Develop and implement IT policies, standards operating procedures

3. Document IT processes and procedures

4. Perform basic network,and application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance

5. Conduct software installations

6. Perform software/hardware upgrades

7. Take part in vendor management

8. Strong knowledge in Windows/Linux OS.

9. Implement new software and hardware systems

10. Manage change control,IT projects,IT vendors

11. Perform hardware troubleshooting

12. Having experience in production line IT support experience

13. ⁠Having experience in Printer management and scanner like zebra , xerox, sharp etc.

14. Having experience in SFC & WMS application support to the end user experience and implementation,security audits, and troubleshooting.

15. -Certificate:MCSE

Preferred candidate profile

1. At least five years of experience in system Engineer with proven expertise in handling various Desktop in windows/Linux OS.

2. Having experiance in mail application like outlook,Lotus etc .

3. Familiarity with Security pathes and Antivirus.

4. Strong coordination, communication, teamwork, and execution skills, with the ability to independently handle daily tasks.

5. Strong knowledge in printer installation.

6. Having MCSE certificate is an advantage.
