Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Tester with 1-2 years of experience in Selenium. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in test automation, familiarity with testing frameworks, and a passion for quality assurance. You will be responsible for creating and executing automated test scripts, identifying issues, and ensuring our software products meet high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to validate web applications.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand application functionality and testing requirements.

- Identify and document defects, issues, and enhancements in the application.

- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.

- Report and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues effectively.

- Participate in test case reviews, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 1 to 2 years of experience in test automation with Selenium.

- Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.

- Familiarity with test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.

- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).

- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Java, Python, or other).

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
