Project Sales - Govt Infra(Repair) - Bengaluru/Mumbai/Hyd/Chennai.

Objective of the role:

• Achieve sales and margin targets in the defined areas/projects with focus on selling Construction Systems products with focus on Repair segment exclusively in the New market segment Ports & Harbour, Dams & Bridges
• Increase Fosroc market share in Market segment Ports & Harbour, Dams & Bridges

Key Areas of Responsibility:

ESSENTIAL

• Consistently achieve the assigned sales, margin & collection budgets in a progressive manner through a technical selling approach.
• Work closely with Business Development manager, coordinate in implementing In-house presentations at various approving authorities like IITs, NHAI, PWD, leading consultants etc. for getting our products specified.
• Work closely with leading Repair contractors for increasing our business share.
• Identify Sales opportunities by regularly updating the sales funnel
• Conduct site mock-ups and prepare techno-commercial proposals as applicable by drawing support from the Regional Technical Service Manager
• Support existing applicators and identify new applicators to enhance reach into new projects.
• Closely interact with all Product Managers & Specification teams for maximizing sales opportunities in a project by maintaining a Project Monitoring Chart for Key Major and Mega Projects
• Ensure close co-ordination with internal stake holders for timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely inputs to finance for issuing debit/credit notes (if any) to ensure sales invoices are completely paid and reconciled.
• Implement launch actions as directed by the Marketing teams in consultation with Line Manager.

Knowledge/experience/skills/personal attributes:

• About 5-12 years of working experience in sales/business development either in construction chemicals or building material industry.
• Good technical knowledge of Repair products with prior experience of customer engagement.
• Good communication skills with presentable personality

Education Qualification:

Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering/M.Tech.(Structural Engg.)
