Package Development Engineer

Role & responsibilities

To support and coordinate packaging across the factories, supporting the business in terms of articulating and implementing the strategy about packaging activities like new packaging development, revisiting the exiting packaging either for reengineer or improvement. artwork development with marketing, packaging and labels compliance with legal and regulations, trouble shooting, complaints etc. close working with other cross functions like SC, operation, tax, and marketing.

The purpose of the role is to fully support the management in terms of packaging strategy, execution and enhance the company brand in achieving the goal of preferred choice amongst Opinion makers and Customers.

Preferred candidate profile

PG diploma from IIP or equivalent

About 1-2+ yrs. Experience in packaging development function.

Exposure to wide disciplines of packaging with appropriate packaging development knowledge on materials, cost and legal compliance.

Self-driven individual with strong bias for action, critical thinking and problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Note- The role demands travelling to our factories located across India
