Objectives of the Role

To Hold the control on factory accounting and ensure the error-free accounting in ERP on a timely manner.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Essential

• Purchase invoice accounting in ERP system (Inventory & Non-Inventory).
• Accounting of all contractors bills and service-related bills.
• Ensure GST & TDS compliance at a time of invoice accounting.
• Accounting of Inward / Outward Freight bills.
• Freight outward analysis and report to management.
• Monthly Provision for Expenses & Freight inward / Outward
• Monthly Expense Provision
• Monthly adjustment entries for regular GL if any.
• Monthly factory expense review and report
• Scrap sale invoicing
• Support all audits viz. statutory audit, Group audit & Internal audit, GST audit

Secondary

• Monthly Perpetual Stock count report Consolidation
• Knowledge of DAX ERP System
• Vendor account reconciliation
• Internal control reports and reconciliation.
• Import purchase invoice accounting and preparation of import purchase register.
