Research & Partnership Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support strategy formulation for CSR initiatives.
• Manage and maintain data relevant to corporate/NGOs CSR activities.
• Identify potential CSR projects and opportunities for partnerships.
• Draft proposals and grant applications for CSR funding.
• Support corporate CSR efforts by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance CSR objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate project outcomes and impact.
• Conduct outbound calls to CSR and HR representatives of corporate organizations to introduce partnership opportunities with NGO partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Post -graduate in any discipline (required).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in in English.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic research techniques.
