SAP QM Consultant - Support & Implementation

Job Description :

As an SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes through the effective use of SAP QM modules. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize quality management processes within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAP QM modules to meet the business requirements.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze quality management requirements.

- Design and implement quality inspection plans, quality notifications, and control plans.

- Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and SD.

- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support for SAP QM solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP QM processes and functionalities.

- Participate in project planning, blueprinting, and go-live activities.

- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes and configurations.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP QM trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience working with SAP QM modules.

- Strong understanding of quality management processes and principles.

- Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP QM modules.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- SAP QM certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD).

- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
