Business Finance Partner - Retail - CA (2-5 yrs)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Finance Manager to drive pricing optimization and support our business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of pricing dynamics, market competition, and financial impact, working in close collaboration with our sales and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead in-depth analysis on pricing optimization, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and market positioning.

- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze company and competitor pricing, delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure data integrity and compliance, fostering a culture of accurate reporting and accountability.

- Conduct detailed analysis with business teams and finance to evaluate pricing actions, assessing the potential benefits and impact on revenue.

- Examine business performance at state and style levels, providing recommendations to optimize product mix and enhance financial outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified, cleared in the first attempt.

- Proven experience in financial analysis, pricing strategies, and business intelligence.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
