Job Description
Experience : Around 5 years of experience in the Consulting Industry.
Duties and Responsibilities of Landscape Architects.
- Understanding project brief and client s requirement
- Providing recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.
- Liaising with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
- Interactions with local population, community members and stakeholders to gain insight on the project.
- Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detail drawings as per design philosophy and standards.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Writing proposals and presenting them to the client.
- Familiarity with Design standards / codes / manuals
- Proficiency in graphic software, including but not limited to AutoCAD/Revit, ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and/or Sketch Up.
- Up-to date with various landscaping trends, planting palettes, techniques, and technology
- Should possess good analytical as well as presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
