Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Specialist to join our media house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, advertising industry knowledge, and a keen sense for content and campaign strategy. The Pre-Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to develop customized media solutions that align with client goals, using data-driven insights and media expertise to drive successful advertising campaigns.


Job Requirements:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive media plans and proposals, including print, digital, radio, OOH, and other media platforms, based on client requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscapes to inform campaign planning.
  • Design effective campaign strategies that align with the clients business goals and optimize advertising budgets.
  • Prepare presentations and pitch decks, offering innovative media solutions and highlighting the value proposition of our media platforms.
  • Liaise with the content and creative teams to incorporate content-driven solutions into campaigns.
  • Provide pre-sales support by creating strategic media packages and recommending best-fit advertising solutions for clients.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure smooth handovers between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging media technologies, and consumer behavior changes to enhance media planning strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and internal teams.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.


Job Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning, pre-sales, or advertising in a media house or agency.
  • Deep understanding of advertising industry dynamics and various media formats (print, radio, digital, OOH, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using media research tools to gather insights (TAM, IRS, BARC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop content-driven solutions and campaign strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and media planning tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and sales.
