Business Analyst - Kinaxis Certified (6-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kinaxis-certified Business Analyst to join our growing team.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our Kinaxis platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Kinaxis functionality, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the system throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the application of Kinaxis in supporting these processes.

- Analyze user stories, ensuring completeness and clarity for development and testing phases.

- Proactively identify and resolve defects during testing cycles, hypercare, and ongoing incident/problem management.

- Develop and refine logic within Kinaxis during UAT, addressing data issues and ensuring data integrity.

- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop comprehensive test scripts for end-to-end (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.

- Assist other Business Analysts in writing and validating test scripts, ensuring accuracy and coverage after sprint demonstrations.

- Perform regression testing for new software deployments.

- Identify and document required master data setup within the Kinaxis tool.

- Guide Business SMEs in understanding Kinaxis system configuration related to user stories.

- Collaborate with the Kinaxis technical team to effectively resolve defects identified during E2E and UAT testing phases.

- Provide technical troubleshooting support to supply planners, proposing effective solutions.

- Define and document cutover activities required for production deployments, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Effectively communicate with business users, technical teams, and management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Kinaxis features and best practices.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and system utilization.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Kinaxis implementations and support.

- Mandatory: Kinaxis certification .Certification level (e., RapidResponse, Planning, etc.)

- Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP.

- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis configuration, master data management, and testing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST shift
