Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Studio (8-12 yrs)

Salesforce Developer with Some experience in SF CPQ is mandatory

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in data migration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex programming, and data management tools. You will play a critical role in designing and executing migration strategies to ensure seamless data transfer and integration within our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data migration.

- Design and execute data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.

- Utilize Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and other ETL tools for data migration tasks.

- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process by implementing validation and testing protocols.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and enhancements.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for all development and migration activities.

- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and platform features to optimize system performance and user experience.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on data migration projects.

- Salesforce certification (Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Informatica, MuleSoft, etc.) and ETL processes.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
