Software Engineer - SAP ABAP

As a SAP ABAP programmer,
Perform analysis, design, coding & testing of modules
ensure quick turnaround in identifying application issues and provide timely solutions.
Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.
Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs. Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.
Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLAs. Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team. Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities.
Own Change request prioritization with the Product Owner and develop the backlog (3 months) and perform backlog grooming for iteration/releases
Conduct AGILE ceremonies for the team (Retrospection, Iteration planning etc)
Be proficient in AGILE methodology and in Rally Tool and perform all AGILE processes for self and monitor metrics for the team

3 - 6 years of SAP ABAP Programming, testing experience

Good knowledge on AGILE methodology

Demonstrate good proficiency in SAP ABAP technical concepts & perform custom enhancements in both SAP S/4 HANA on-prem and SAP RISE Google Cloud installations for new SAP EWM launches.

Handle problem management tickets & enhancements as part of Service delivery process
