Supply Analyst FCS

• Develops understanding of function for procurement of parts, manufacturing processes, and supply base development.
• Establishes and maintains positive long-term relationships with suppliers through regular communication of performance status, supplier meetings, and supplier visits.
• Obtains and maintains supplier delivery promise dates, confirmed ship dates, changed ship dates, and issues updates for open orders.
• Identifies and documents supplier delivery issues and codes for supplier performance reporting.
• Identifies issues and develops plans to improve and report On Time Delivery.
• Analyzes and monitors supplier deliveries and supplier delivery performance.
• Engages problem suppliers to drive and improve supplier delivery.
• Coordinates activities within the company to improve the working relationship with the customer and supply base.
• Performs supplier maintenance in required systems.
• Issues and follows up on supplier 8Ds and corrective actions.
• Handles QOS and purchasing metrics tracking and reporting.
• Designs, implements, and reviews reports that provide the necessary information to monitor customer requirements and supplier performance.
• Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities within the supply chain function.
  Other duties may be assigned as required.

Functional Skills: SCM fundamentals & concept Supply management Analytical skills Good communication Cross country exposure.
Education Qualification: Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Industrial Engineer
No. of Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years.
Professional Exposure: Auto components / Service Parts / Logistics / Inventory Planning & Management. Working Knowledge in SAP / BAAN / FCSD Systems would be an added advantage.
