Buyer / Purchasing costing and value Engineering:

1. Painting and molding process knowledge
2. Painting and molding costing knowledge
3. Capable of determining molding tonnage based on part drawing
4. Painting process knowledge / flow and consumption calculation knowledge - should be able to generate cost improvements in painting and molding process.
5. Work experience on painting and molding lines add on
6. Process and costing knowledge on Painting Transfer Efficiency - Advantage
7. Technical expertise on paint mixing and material - Advantage
8. Mold / pattern - View mold and pattern and make improvements or provide suggestions for improvement
9. Understanding and knowledge on mold flow - preferred
10. Good communication skill to work with Global Engineering / Estimation and suppliers
11. Team player who can work cohesively to make things happen
12. Go-getter, persistent in progressing ideas. Responsibility to give solution working though hardships / constraints in internal and external teams
13. Data Analytics / Power-Bi knowledge - Advantage
14. Candidate should have max 3-5 year's experience on above requirements

1. Own process and costing on painting parts - Bumpers / Grilles / Other Molding and fascia parts
2. Work with suppliers for process optimization, value Engineering (cycle time, material utilization, tonnage optimization and all of above requirements) to generate cost efficiency
3. Should be proficient in communication as work requires communication with Ford global CFT teams and suppliers partners outside and within region
4. Responsible for programs within Asia Pacific region - Thailand / S, Africa / Vietnam
5. Sourcing lead for painted plastics in region
6. New program and micro program sourcing lead for painted plastics
