About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team. As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory, managing key client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve meeting prospective clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing accounts to achieve revenue goals. You will be expected to act as a brand ambassador and provide exceptional service to our clients on the ground.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Generation : Drive sales within a designated region or territory through direct sales efforts, cold calling, and prospecting new customers.
  • Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
  • New Business Development : Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base and increase revenue opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations : Deliver tailored sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the benefits of the company’s products/services.
  • Negotiations & Closing : Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring deals are closed efficiently and within company guidelines.
  • Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and progress within the CRM system.
  • Market Research : Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Client Support : Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the internal team (marketing, product, customer support) to deliver seamless service to clients.
  • Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
