Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Summary of the Role:

Shift duty, daily activity Power distribution, meter readings, utility equipment's daily checking (transformer, isolator LT panels etc), Drives DC and AC, Robot , welding guns , plc knowledge, motors , air dryer and compressors . Attending PM / breakdown. Spares maintenance. basic knowledge of pneumatics .sap , kaizen ,TPM , eohs etc

Details of the Job :

1. Daily activity as per check sheet.

2. Corrections of abnormalities for body shop equipments.

3. Improvements as per requirement and problem analysis.

4. Maintaining records for materials and history.

5- PLC backup and fault findings

6. ISO Record and updation

7- Attending Daily breakdowns

Functional Requirements :

• Key Skills for the Role

Understanding & knowledge of Welding technology, pneumatics, plc , robots, Spot welding machines, Mig welding machines, material handling equipment's and basic mechanical skill with 4 to 6 years experience in automobile OEM / Tier I/ Tier II suppliers
