• Good Knowledge of Electricity Rules.
• Energy Management and monitoring
• Maintenance of Electrical Substation, Electrical Panels, General maintenance of Electrical Equipments
• Maintenance of SPM Machines , Testing Machines ,LT Breakers
• Basic Knowledge in Robots
• Maintenance of Welding machinery & equipments
• Good knowledge Siemens software (Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, STARTER)
• Basic Knowledge in SERVO drives
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of safety circuits & safety PLC
• Knowledge in PLC programming troubleshooting ,modifying logic
• Knowledge in Pneumatic ,Hydraulic & electrical circuits
• Basic knowledge in LT Panel, Air Compressor and DG Set
• Maintenance of spectrometer, sand lab. Equipments
• All types of DC Nut runners (Atlascopco, Desoutter,Klewis etc.,)
• Kaizen and Poke-toke implementation
• Sound Knowledge & Experience of IATF & EOHS
• Vendor development (Maintenance) & Spare/Parts Management
• Break Down Maintenance
• Responsible for controlling the MTTR & MTBF
• Knowledge in preparing Why-why analysis for the breakdowns

Key Features:

Must have knowledge in siemens PLC(S7300/400,S7-1200/1500 )& Drives

PLC programming knowledge in (Simatic manager, TI Portal & WinCC)
