5 To play vital roles in the distributors life cycle:

6 To ensure the implementation of the company’s Marketing Strategies with the support of the Distributor, the Sales team
7 To do review meetings with the
- sales team - give them feedback and appreciation during the monthly meeting
-Help sales team in setting their targets, and strategy formulation on how they can achieve the sales targets
- Distributor - Help them in increasing their business, help them in increasing their mindset, investment, going above and beyond, sales skill, new vehicle addition, ROI increment
8 To understand the competitor's position, and identify their strengths and weakness - advise management on how we can beat them by using guerilla marketing, (not always showing the money power)
9 To do filed accompaniment with sales team - to give them hands-on training, and confidence, teach them objection handling, opening of a sales call etc.
10 To check the daily activity reports (in CRM / Whatsapp) and help sales team to enhance their performance
11 To ensure that sales team putting data of a counters - later ask management to run marketing campaign on those data
12 To fill up the :- Daily, weekly, monthly sales MIS Reports
13 Represent the company in to Exhibitions, Shows and leverage the network
