Data Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Complete ownership of daily defined operations for the Paid Marketing team (including weekends with a day off given  in lieu)
• Uploading offline conversions on multiple publisher platforms, manually/automated
• Creating accurate daily/monthly reports for the paid marketing team & wider business 
• Daily check-ins on publisher platforms to make sure the conversions uploaded are correct & reflected on the  platforms 
• In case of any discrepancies, raise it with the respective teams promptly to avoid any lags 
• Sync with the multiple teams & co-ordinate process failures & updates 

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ Years experience in operational activities 
• Excellent Excel skills 
• Great attention to detail 
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity on new projects and able to run seamless operations ● Familiarity with Google Analytics, advanced Excel Skills, Tableau, Looker reporting etc is an advantage
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills
