- Processing the New Business Policies of GTL and MFI Schemes in Integral Group.
- Processing of Endorsement and renewal for Employer- Employee and Non Employer-Employee scheme.
- Management of Certificate of Insurance for generation and dispatch for various master policyholders.
- Coordination with Sales and other key stake holders for New Business issuance.
- Managing customer compliant/queries related to various master policyholders.
- Dispatching of Policy Documents and Endorsement letters to the master policy holder and customers.
- Doing Root cause analysis and resolving the system issues in Integral Group.
- Processing payments of Group policies in integral Group in coordination with Finance department.
- Maintaining various processing related excel trackers and publishing MISs/Dashboards
.
