Role Description:

Candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating sales opportunities within targeted verticals and regions across India, focusing on specific products. This entails employing strategic initiatives and leveraging technical expertise to acquire new customers. A comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, competitive dynamics, and customer needs is the key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

The job role entails empowering branch sales teams to establish robust pipelines, acquire new customers across various verticals, and consistently outperform competitors in techno-commercial aspects on a monthly and quarterly basis. This includes obtaining approvals from

major EPC firms and consultants, ensuring a leading position in the market. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, with a focus on growth, adaptability, and mobility, as the role requires approximately 70% travel within India or specific regions. Additionally, proficiency in marketing strategies, sales projections, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for success in this role.

Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in instrumentation/ mechanical/ ECE from a good/reputed

university

Work Experience (in years): 2-5 yrs

Must Have Skills: Communication Skills

Good to Have Skills : Proficiency in field instrumentation products, including control valve

positioners used within process industries.
