• Strong understanding of ad platforms, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and YouTube Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve key performance metrics, including ROI, reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and copy tailored to each platform.
• Stay updated with the latest social media advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are cost-efficient.
• Conduct audience research and targeting to maximize campaign relevance and impact.
