Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
o Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords relevant to the business and industry.
o Analyze keyword trends and competition to optimize ad targeting and bidding strategies.
2. Campaign Management :
o Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
o Create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (UAC, Shopping Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads).
o Develop and implement ad copy and landing page strategies to improve ad relevance and quality score.
3. Budget Management:
o Monitor and control advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
o Track campaign expenses, analyze cost per acquisition (CPA), and adjust bids accordingly.
4. Ad Performance Analysis:
o Regularly review and analyze ad campaign performance using tools and metrics like Google Analytics and AdWords.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
5. Ad Copywriting and A/B Testing:
o Craft compelling ad copy that drives click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
o Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creative and landing pages.
6. Competitor Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends and competitor advertising strategies.
o Identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge and propose new campaign ideas.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
o Maintain documentation of campaign strategies, experiments, and results.
8. Collaboration:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in managing Paid Advertising (Search, Social & Programmatic), preferably in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Social Ads(META, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc), Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adept at multitasking and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications (preferred).
Knowledge of remarketing and display advertising is a plus.
