Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help us deliver exceptional post sales support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the software industry, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze customer requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Provide training and support to customers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends Translate business requirements to (pseudo) technical requirements
- Document the requirements in a detailed manner
- Develop high/low fidelity wireframes/process flow diagrams
- Ensuring the developed features are aligned with the requirements
- Take ownership of requirements
- Act as a SME of the requirements
- Analyse and assist to improve business process flow
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry
- Experience in post sales support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Certification in CSPO or similar is good to have.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with BA artifacts techniques
- Experience/Knowledge in multiple business domains
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with a variety of business analysis methodologies
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
