FlytBase is seeking an innovative and dynamic AI Growth Hacker in Business Development to join our team.
This role uniquely blends cutting-edge AI capabilities with strategic enterprise sales expertise, aiming to drive rapid growth and global leadership in the drone autonomy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop automated sales processes that streamline outbound prospecting, highly personalized customer interactions, and systematic lead nurturing, significantly enhancing efficiency compared to traditional sales methods.
- Design and propose customized, AI-centric solutions tailored specifically for enterprise clients, combining advanced AI techniques with a deep understanding of drone technologies and industry-specific challenges.
- Take strategic ownership of the entire enterprise sales cycle, from targeted outreach and impactful product demonstrations to contract negotiations and seamless customer onboarding, leveraging AI to optimize each step.
- Continuously monitor and analyze regional trends in drone technology adoption, proactively designing innovative AI-driven strategies and solutions to accelerate FlytBase's market presence, positioning the company as a global category leader.
- Manage, support, and strategically enable FlytBase's international network of distributors and resale partners by providing AI-enhanced tools, personalized training programs, and automated resources to ensure their ongoing success and market impact.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with key enterprise customers by consistently offering proactive, AI-generated insights and relevant opportunities, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in enterprise sales (e.g, managing six-figure deals or multi-stakeholder negotiations).
- While formal years of experience are flexible, candidates must show deep proficiency in complex deal-making, stakeholder management, and contract closures.
- Demonstrated track record of AI-enabled sales innovation, such as building or integrating automated outreach workflows, lead-qualification systems, or data-driven analysis.
- Comfort experimenting with and quickly adopting new AI tools or processes to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
- Ability to interpret customer data, market intelligence, and competitive insights to craft creative, AI-driven growth strategies.
- Experience working with or managing reseller networks, distribution partners, or channel programs, ensuring they're equipped with the tools and resources needed for success.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients, distributors, and internal teams.
- Passionate about continuous learning, especially at the intersection of drone technology and AI-driven business development.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional background) in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
